Native American Guided To
Antelope
Canyon & Colorado
River Raft Tour
Early start from Sedona,
through the Oak Creek Canyon, and onto Page, Arizona, for a
memorable experience of the best that Arizona has to offer, sightseeing
and adventure.
Antelope Canyon, also known as the
Slot Canyon, is probably one of the most spectacular geological
formation of the Southwest. Enjoy an hour long Navajo guided tour of
the Antelope Canyon, and truely appreciate Mother Nature's handiwork.
Be sure to bring plenty of film and perhaps a tripod to take some of
your best photos.
A quick Subway meal, and then over to the base of
the Glen Canyon Dam, for the start of your scenic smooth Colrorado River raft
down the Glen Canyon, on the Colorado River. Enjoy an informative
journey through the gorge, and be amazed at the towering 1000 feet
sandstone cliffs. Alert guests, occasionally, get to see eagles,
Herons, Rainbow Trout, Big Horn Sheep and other wildlife. A brief stop
is made along the river for you to cool off, and splash in the cold
waters of the Colorado. Its a short hike to an Anasazi rock art site.
The
raft adventure ends at Lee's Ferry, an Arizona historic landmark, where
our guide will meet you, for the return journey back to Sedona. Stop,
enroute, at
the Cameron Trading Post, for an opportunity to purchase Southwest
souvenirs.
