A Day in the West

Slideshow of images from Sedona & Arizona A truly memorable experience of your Sedona vacation.
Get the most out of your stay in Sedona by combining two of the area’s most popular tours. The Grand Canyon and a Jeep and Horseback Tour of Sedona’s high desert terrain.

Jeep & Horseback Tour
This is your best chance to explore Sedona’s breathtaking, high desert landscape. Begin with a 4 x 4 Jeep tour on the Diamondback Trail, and then mosey over to the ranch for a 1-hour horseback ride, followed by a mouth-watering cowboy cookout. So Cowboy up, and get ready.
The Diamondback is a rugged 4 x 4 trail so you’ll want to have your seatbelts on tight. This is a great trail for seeing critters, as well as desert plants and other wildlife. The Western Canyons were also used for numerous movies so the area might seem familiar to you. The trail ride is with the largest and most professional outfitter in the state. It’s a great sightseeing activity for the entire family. A definite must on your list of fun things to do while in Arizona.
Note: The min. age for horseback is 7, and height & weight restrictions apply.

The Grand Canyon Tour
Experience the Grand Canyon, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Admire its timeless beauty and contemplate its stillness. The Grand Canyon’s ever changing moods has left countless speechless, but has also inspired many an artist.
Learn about the formation of the Grand Canyon over the millennia, the first human presence, the white explorers and settlers, and the transformation of the Grand Canyon into a world heritage site. See the Grand Canyon IMAX Show which features footage with a bird's eye view. Learn about the expeditions of the early white men and about the adventures of John Wesley Powell on the mighty Colorado River.
Includes entry fees, IMAX, and lunch in a climate controlled restaurant.
